By using our service, you are directly acknowledging &agreeing to be obliged by
the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions of Use”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Mukthi website or mobile application, you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Mukthi website or mobile application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
  2. Privacy Policy: Mukthi is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy can be found on our website. By using the Mukthi website or mobile application, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
  3. Content: You are solely responsible for the content you create and share on the Mukthi website or mobile application. You agree to not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. You are also solely responsible for any copyright or trademark violations in your content. You may not upload any content that is of a malicious or damaging nature, including but not limited to viruses or malware. You may not upload any content that infringes on any third-party rights.
  4. User Accounts: In order to use certain features of the Mukthi website or mobile application, you will need to create a user account. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to not share your account information with any third-party and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  5. Termination of Service: Mukthi reserves the right to terminate your access to the website or mobile application at any time and for any reason.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Mukthi website and mobile application are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Mukthi shall not be liable for any damages or losses that result from the use of the website or mobile application.
  8. You should be 18 years or older to use this application.
  9. You will be held responsible for any/ all data, text & multimedia content posted under your name on our platform.
  10. You should not use our application for any unauthorized, illegal or immoral activity.
  11. You are solely responsible for the safety of your password.
  12. You shall not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other uses in our application by any form.
  13. You shall not post any form of sexually abusive/suggestive, nude, semi-nude content in text, photo, audio or video format.
  14. You will be held responsible for your conduct and any or all data and multimedia content that you submit, post, and display on our platform.
  15. You will not change, edit, modify, adapt or hack or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with our service.
  16. You should not access our API by any other means other than the authorized ones.
  17. You must not copy, scrape, cache, download any content or information shared on the application without our consent. (This applies to user details as well).
  18. You shall not post any sensitive information which triggers hatred and vengeance in any form.
  19. You shall not post any caste, religious, racial, political, sentimental abusive or offensive content in any form.
  20. You are not authorized to create, edit or add any unwanted information such as mail, website and phone numbers on our platform.
  21. You must not transit any worm, viruses or any code of destructive nature in/ through/by our platform.
  22. You should understand that neither Mukthi(Uyirmei Infotech LLP) nor any one associated with our firm is responsible for the content shared in our platform.
  23. You should understand that the content shared on the platform is subject to the local laws and hence we reserve the right to edit or delete any sensitive information posted on the public platform.
  24. Messages shared between two or people in this platform are completely encrypted and cannot be intercepted, interpreted, seen or edited by any third, related or non-related parties in between.
  25. Neither Mukthi(Uyirmei Infotech LLP) nor any one associated with our firm is responsible for the content shared in our platform.
  26. Mukthi(Uyirmei Infotech LLP) is just a messenger and we cannot see, edit or delete any of the private messages posted or sent to the individuals personally.
  27. At the same time, we reserve the right to edit, delete or modify the content shared in the common forum which we feel as sensitive, offensive or abusive in any form.
  28. We reserve the right to alter the Terms of Use anytime without any prior notice to anyone. So please check back from time to time.
  29. We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone with/without any reason.
  30. We cannot be held responsible for any information shared on the platform.
  31. We reserve the right to temporarily block or permanently terminate any username that becomes inactive, violates local law trademark & terms of use, or may mislead other users.
  32. We reserve the right to promote sponsored products/brands under our terms of service in order to compensate our operating cost.
  33. We reserve all the rights to temporarily block, terminate or permanently delete all our services at any time without any prior notice.
  34. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be exclusively governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiruchirapall, India.
  35. Kindly note that Mukthi is a brand which is owned and operated by Uyirmei Infotech LLP and any legal proceeding will be done under the name of Uyirmei Infotech LLP.

  • You should understand that the content shared on the platform (RARE FORUM) is subjected to the local laws and hence we reserve the right to edit or delete any sensitive information posted on the public platform (RARE Forum).
  • Please make a note that, you can map a message(seed) only to one nominee.
  • At the same time, you can write/record any number of messages to a single nominee.
  • Our algorithm requires an immediate & close family member*(Someone who can upload your death certificate)to be assigned as a primary nominee.
  • Your first message has to be assigned to a primary nominee. Only after assigning a message(seed) to a primary nominee you can map a message(seed) to a secondary nominee.
  • Kindly make a note that you cannot open, view or edit the document once after it is saved*(in order to avoid being read/seen by others).So please review it carefully before saving it.
  • Please do not make any life decisions based on the data available on our platform.
  • In order to make sure that the message is being delivered to correct recipient we might cross check certain information such as mobile number, email and certain government Id’s which is already provided by the user.
  • We request you to kindly cooperate with us for smooth transferring of the data.
  • The message which is shared is a is prewritten/ recorded message from the client.
  • A delete request has to be raised, which will be verified over by an OTP and a call in order to maintain the authenticity and avoid human errors
